Machine Vision Application Solutions
PC-based machine vision systems are becoming more and more popular
due to many factors, including faster Pentium processors, high-speed
PCI buses, and more robust operating systems. Today's machine
vision applications offer higher productivity, flexibility, reliability, and
are capable to perform more complicated inspection tasks. All frame
grabber series are FCC and CE certified.
In order to provide a complete solution for machine vision, ADLINK
combined hardware and software from Euresys and camera solutions
from BASLER and HITACHI to produce a competitive vision package
solution.
Typical machine vision applications target static, on-the-fly, and line-
scan inspection. The RTV-24 and Picolo families are suitable for static
or stage moving color or monochrome object inspection. The Domino
family is an ideal analog solution for high-end on-the-fly object inspection,
and the GrabLink family can support digital Camera Link camera
image acquisition, especially in high-density, high-resolution, and
high-accuracy line-scan inspection systems.
